Enrollment Fee Policy

Registration is free. This policy explains when the Enrollment Fee applies and how the enrollment process works.

1. Enrollment Fee Purpose

Initial registration and Student ID creation are free. The nominal, one-time Enrollment Fee is payable only after the applicant has completed the assessment and has been selected. No Enrollment Fee is required before selection. It supports enrollment processing and related administration; it is not a fee for buying an internship, certificate or selection.

Purpose of the fee: enrollment processing, participant record/documentation handling, verification, program coordination and related enrollment support. Payment does not purchase a selection decision, internship seat or certificate.

2. When the Enrollment Fee Applies

  1. Register: Create your Student ID and select your domain at no cost.
  2. Selection Assessment: Complete the website-based assessment when it becomes available.
  3. Selection Review: The assessment and application are reviewed and the selection status is updated by the SoftGrowTech team.
  4. Enrollment: Only after selection, the applicable Enrollment Fee and payment methods are displayed clearly for the student to review and submit payment.

3. What the Enrollment Fee Supports

  • Enrollment processing after selection.
  • Participant record and verification handling.
  • Program coordination and enrollment support.
  • Administrative processing connected with the selection stage.
  • Related participant support during the enrollment process.

The applicable amount and payment method are shown before payment. No Enrollment Fee is required before selection or to submit the initial registration. The internship/certificate itself is not being sold through this fee.

4. Verification & Continuation

Payment verificationAfter selection, the applicable enrollment payment can be submitted for manual verification. Program continuation becomes available after the payment is verified.
